Her Work Matters
Increasing choices for professional women in the dual roles of work and parenting
Having a baby is a major life event.
Every day professional women are preparing for and returning from maternity leave whilst balancing motherhood; it is both an exciting and challenging time.
Being equipped to address the known and unknown changes throughout these phases provides women with a strong sense of empowerment, resulting in a greater level of engagement in their work.
Her Work Matters provides a suite of programs, online platforms and products to enhance the confidence of professional women before, during and after maternity leave.
Developed by psychologist, Alison Hill, Her Work Matters addresses biological, psychological, and social factors for women throughout these key phases.
The strength of these programs and resources are the practical and relevant tools that equip women to balance the dual roles of work and parenthood, and ultimately achieve integration.
Maternity Transitions Model
The following model outlines the key factors from a biological, psychological and social perspective that are important to address at each key phase. The programs, platforms and products provided through Her Work Matters aim to equip professional women with strategies, tools and connections to manage each of these factors.
